This is an original document, created by myself, to protect my services and business practices. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

All session details — including the exact time and location — must be confirmed to avoid any confusion.

Payment Policy:
Payment is due 48 hours before your confirmed shoot date and time, and must be sent through CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
→ Cash is not accepted.
→ If payment is not received within the 48-hour window, your session will be canceled, and payment will not be accepted after the deadline. If you are unable to meet this deadline, please contact me as soon as possible so we can work toward a solution.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy:
All sessions are non-refundable unless I am unable to deliver the agreed-upon service. In that case, a full refund will be issued.

If the location provided is incorrect, or if you arrive more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session will be forfeited and no refund will be given.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are actively communicating with me about delays, I will do my best to accommodate or reschedule as appropriate.

Please note: After two consecutive reschedule requests, the session will be permanently canceled without refund. This policy ensures fairness and respects both my time and availability for other clients.

Image Use & Copyright:
By scheduling a session with me, you acknowledge that I may use your photos for advertisements, social media, portfolio displays, and my website. However, if you request that your photos not be used in any advertisements or on my website, I will fully respect and honor that request.

All photos remain protected under copyright, and the integrity of my work must be respected.
