Payment Policy:

To officially secure your session date and time, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.

• The retainer will go toward your total session cost.

• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session.

• Sessions are not considered confirmed until the retainer is received.

Example:

If your session total is $100, a 30% retainer of $30 will be required to book. The remaining $70 will be due 48 hours before your session.

If the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline, your session may be canceled, and the retainer will not be refunded.

Payments can be made via:

• Cash App

• Venmo

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

❌ Cash is not accepted under any circumstances.

You may either pay your retainer and/or full session price using one of the digital payment methods above.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

When booking with me, please understand that my time is reserved exclusively for your session. To ensure fairness and respect for both my schedule and other clients:

Late Arrivals & No Shows

• If you arrive 10 minutes or more late without prior notice, your session will be forfeited with no refund, including both your deposit and any amount paid in full.

• If the location provided is incorrect and results in a missed or delayed session, this will also result in no refund.

Emergencies & Communication

I understand that life happens!

• If you encounter an emergency, traffic delay, or unexpected situation, please communicate with me as soon as possible.

• If you actively keep me informed, I will do my best to accommodate or reschedule your session based on my availability.

Rescheduling Limits

• You may reschedule a session once without penalty if communicated properly.

• After two consecutive reschedule requests, the session will be permanently canceled with no refund.

  • This ensures fairness for my time and allows me to serve other clients who are ready to book.

Non-Refundable Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you cancel or fail to meet the policies outlined above, the deposit will be forfeited.

By scheduling a session with me, you acknowledge that I may use your photos for advertisements, social media, portfolio displays, and my website. However, if you request that your photos not be used in any advertisements or on my website, I will fully respect and honor that request.

All photos remain protected under copyright, and the integrity of my work must be respected.
