Payment Policies

To ensure fairness, clarity, and a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following before booking. Policies differ slightly depending on how your session is booked.

For Clients Booking Through Text, Email, or Social Media

To officially secure your session date and time, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
Your session is not considered confirmed until the retainer has been received.

Payment Details:

• The retainer goes toward your total session cost.

• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session.

• If payment is not received by the deadline, your session may be canceled and the retainer will not be refunded.

Example:
If your session total is $100, a 30% retainer ($30) is due at booking. The remaining $70 is due 48 hours before your session.

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash App

• Venmo

• PayPal

• Apple Pay

❌ Cash is not accepted under any circumstances.

You may pay your retainer and/or full session amount using any of the digital methods above.

For Clients Booking Online

All online bookings require full payment at the time of scheduling.

• Your session is confirmed once payment is successfully processed through the Square/Squarespace booking portal.

• Since payment is made in full, there is no remaining balance due before the session.

• Payments are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled according to the policies below.

I understand that true emergencies can happen unexpectedly. Such as hospitalization, accidents, or other serious situations.
If you experience a verified emergency that prevents you from attending your session, please communicate with me as soon as possible so we can discuss options.

Depending on the circumstances, I may offer a partial refund or full credit toward a future session at my discretion.
Clear and timely communication to the best of your ability is asked for any exceptions to be considered.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate during checkout to receive booking confirmations and reminders.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

(FOR BOTH ONLINE BOOKING AND CONTACT BOOKING)

My time is reserved exclusively for your session. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients:

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Arriving 10 minutes or more late without prior notice will result in a forfeited session and no refund (including retainers or full payments).

• Providing an incorrect location that leads to a missed or delayed session will also result in no refund.

Emergencies & Communication
I completely understand that unexpected things happen!
If you experience an emergency, delay, or last-minute issue, please reach out as soon as possible.
If you communicate promptly, I’ll do my best to accommodate or reschedule based on my availability.

Rescheduling Limits

• You may reschedule once without penalty if communicated properly.

• After two consecutive reschedules, the session will be permanently canceled with no refund.

Non-Refundable Payments
All retainers and full payments are non-refundable under any circumstances (That are not emergencies) , including cancellations or missed sessions.

Image Use & Copyright

By booking a session with ISO Photography, you agree that your images may be used for promotional purposes including advertisements, social media, portfolio work, and website galleries.

If you’d prefer your images not be shared publicly, please let me know — I will fully honor that request.

All images remain protected under copyright. Please do not alter, edit, or reproduce photos without permission.
